I'm coach Chris Harris

I help regular people get in shape. I work with beginners to intermediates to gain a grip on this thing called life, making the impossible possible. 

Whether you're looking to deadlift 300 lbs at your next meet look great for your wedding or just want to get fit I got you covered!

A little background about me...I promise it will be short

I participate regularly in powerlifting and strongman. If you're not sure what those are, that's okay there's plenty of stuff out there I don't know and I'm not ashamed of that one bit! Learning is pretty awesome.

I've been a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer helping clients lose weight and get stronger since 2014. I am certified as a PN (Precision Nutrition) level 2 and FMS (Functional Movement Screen) level 2 coach.  I'm also attending school to get my Exercise Science Degree. I don't like taking guesses. There's plenty of good resources out there to help guide me be the best coach I can.
