Summer 2011  -  215 lbs  - When your depressed the worst thing you can do is be on a cruise.  Unlimited food + unlimited drinks = A rough week.

Where i was

Before I was personal training coach I was a mechanic. What an ugly lifestyle I lived. I frequently drank and overworked to fill the gaping hole depression. 

Where i was going

During a severe bout of depression I remember severe stomach pains resulting from being in a chronically depressed posture (pun intended). I was heading back into another cycle of self pity. I was at my heaviest.

 
Winter 2016  -  162 lbs  - I was cutting for NY Strongest strongman show. I used an advanced calorie/carb cycling nutrition plan. I made weight!

What happened

At the pivotal point an advertisement for an at home workout and nutrition program guaranteed results, "what do i have to lose?". I bought it and followed the program. I got success! My confidence grew. Throughout the next year I played scientist and developed boardline eating and exercise disorders until I got the picture, "I have not idea what I'm doing".  

The Coach

I realized that education mixed with experience needed to be my backbone for personal achievements and the success of others. It's possible with the right plan. Over the years I have grown as a coach and as a strength athlete. Every success, whether it be big or small is one step closer to the ultimate goal....EMPOWERMENT!
